Uglies

       Being a beautiful man is about the ideas, what you do and the way you think is what makes you beautiful. Would you sacrifice your ideas just to be another lamb in the slaughter?

 I don't find it rational to go under a surgery. Therefore, I don't support government's program of turning uglies into pretties. Government shapes uglies by the standards of themselves so you lose your individuality.




Besides, the surgery does not only change your appearance, it also changes your way of thinking, your personality.

 
 I know that, because I'm the children of the founders of the smoke. I was born and raised in here, so trust me, Smoke is not a legend, it is real. In Smoke, people have the ability to think, feel and decide. If you ask me, emotions, ideas and thoughts matter much more than appearance. A good thought can warm a heart, a good thought can make someone's day, a good thought can separate you from the slaughter, a good thought can make you look like a Pretty without a surgery.

 "If you have good thoughts, they will shine out of your face like sunbeams and you will always look lovely." says Roald Dahl. Even if you are an Ugly, a beautiful mind will make you a beautiful, not going under a surgery will preserve your ability to think and feel freely, your individuality,but a surgery will kill the things that make you you.
